The excitement is building for the arrival of the OVO Energy Tour of Britain professional cycle race on Saturday 9 September. The penultimate stage of the event will be starting in Hemel Hempstead, before winding its way through the borough and on to the finish in Cheltenham. 

Join us in the town centre from 9am to soak up the pre-race atmosphere before the race start at 10.30am. There will be thrilling entertainment all morning from bicycle stunt team 3sixty and local basketball heroes Hemel Storm, who will be meeting fans before their first game of the season. If you can’t get down to the town centre then make sure to turn out along the route and cheer the riders on.
