Hertfordshire Year of Physical Activity in Dacorum 2018

Community Action Dacorum in partnership with Dacorum Borough Council would like to invite you to join them at“Herts Year of Physical Activity in Dacorum 2018”, a conference to launch Hertfordshire Year of Physical Activity. The conference is aimed at those who work or volunteer for community groups, charities, voluntary organisations, sports clubs and public / private sector organisations who have an interest in getting residents active and supporting HYOPA18.
At the conference you will hear from John O’Callaghan, Partnership Director at Herts Sports Partnership, about the lead role they are taking during the year and some of the inspiring initiatives that are already planned across the county and have the opportunity to explore the role that sports clubs and community groups can play in supporting residents to become more active and how, together, we can improve health and wellbeing in Dacorum through physical activity of any kind.
This conference is free to attend and will run from 10 am – 2 pm (lunch provided) at the Forum in Hemel Hempstead. To book you place please click here
