A friendly, hospitable Bowls Club in an idyllic village setting.
We are hospitable sociable fully mixed club of around 90 members. We play lively internal club trophy competitions, and competitive matches against other local clubs at weekends and mid-week. We are affiliated to Bowls England. We can offer coaching & beginner use of equipment. Open Practice Sessions are on Monday Mornings from 10am to 12 noon. We play on our beautiful Green from May to the end of September, and then indoors at Dunstable Leisure Centre during the winter months. We have a quarterly colour Newsletter and have Fun Days, Dinners, Fund-Raisers & Social Events throughout the year.
A four rink top quality grass Green, by the Playing Fields on Church Road, with lovely rural views in the heart of the village. Ample free parking next to the Clubhouse. Male and Female changing rooms. Our comfortable Clubhouse has a kitchen, toilet facilities and an informal bar. We have ample outdoor seating and a cosy patio area for spectators. Wheelchair access to the Clubhouse and patio area is possible, and encouraged
